Project Leader

Responsibilities and assignments

• Ensure the execution of all processes, procedures, and deliveries related to the project;
• Responsible for teaching and tutoring Scrum methodologies and conducting all ceremonies (stand up meetings, planning, sizing etc);
• Coordinate agile teams to deliver results within deadlines and as defined in the backlog;
• Act as a facilitator for the team, helping them resolve impediments;
• Be the focal point for the client on a daily basis;
• Ensure that project control tools are up to date;
• Participate in technical meetings and release planning;
• Functional management of the team, involving the evaluation, feedback, and career development process.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar;
• Experience in project management;
• Experience with risk and deadline management;
• Experience in understanding dependencies between projects and other ongoing business projects/initiatives;
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and software development lifecycle principles;
• Communication skills with internal and external clients and leveraging opportunities;
• Knowledge of the Lean methodology will be a differentiator;
• Fluent English.
