Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead the organization's Information Technology operations, covering infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, technical support, and cloud services;
• Manage multidisciplinary teams in different locations, promoting professional development, engagement, and high performance;
• Define and execute the IT strategy, aligned with business objectives and the technological evolution of the organization;
• Ensure the availability, security, and continuity of IT services, mitigating operational and information security risks;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and applicable certifications, including LGPD, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001;
• Manage budget, contracts, strategic vendors, and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Lead technological modernization projects, digital transformation, and continuous service improvement;
• Represent the organization in internal, external, and client audits related to Information Technology and Information Security.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Completed postgraduate degree or specialization in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Proven experience in managing IT teams in large-scale corporate environments;
• Experience in IT infrastructure, networks, service desk, cybersecurity, and cloud environments;
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, business continuity, and information security;
• Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, LGPD, and audit processes;
• Experience in budget management, contracts, and technology vendors;
• Advanced English.
