Artificial Intelligence Specialist (Mentoring and Technical Training)

Responsibilities and duties

• Conduct training activities and technical workshops;
• Support the development of essential competencies in AI, including intelligent agents, MLOps pipelines, and elements of the modern AI Stack;
• Promote the practical application of concepts in real challenges;
• Translate complex topics clearly and connected to the business context;
• Share concrete experiences in real ML/AI projects, contributing to the technical maturity of participants.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related areas;
• Solid knowledge in: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; Practical experience in real projects using ML and AI; Intelligent Agents and Autonomous AI architectures; AI Stack (pre-processing, models, embeddings, vectorization, APIs, monitoring, etc.); Computer Vision; Natural Language Processing; Generative Models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, etc.).
• Practical experience with Python and frameworks such as: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including: data and model versioning; ML pipelines; testing and monitoring; deployment and model observability.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a structured, clear, and objective manner.
• Collaborative, organized profile oriented toward continuous learning.
• Advanced English.
• Desirable: Experience in teaching STEM areas and the use of active methodologies (PBL, CBL, Design Thinking, etc.).
• Knowledge or experience with Challenge Based Learning (CBL).
• Participation in AI projects applied to products, businesses, or corporate training.
• Experience in technical facilitation, mentoring, or in-company learning paths.
• Experience with agent systems and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Swarm, among others.
