PMO Specialist

Responsibilities and duties

• Structure and evolve PMO practices with a focus on software projects and digital products;
• Ensure project governance aligned with SDLC and ALM practices;
• Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and portfolio;
• Act in the standardization of processes, templates, and management artifacts;
• Integrate agile and predictive practices within a hybrid management model;
• Support strategic prioritization and alignment between business and technology areas;
• Conduct governance rituals, executive reports, and results monitoring;
• Promote continuous improvement in management processes and software delivery;
• Support organizational transformation and management maturity initiatives.

Requirements and qualifications

We are looking for a PMO Specialist with strong experience in software development environments, capable of structuring, evolving, and governing project management practices aligned with robust frameworks such as PMBOK, integrating SDLC and ALM in complex organizational contexts. This professional will act strategically and operationally, supporting the standardization, maturity, and efficiency of the technology project portfolio.

• Solid experience in PMO with a focus on technology projects;
• Background in Software Development;
• Practical knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management);
• Mastery of PMBOK (PMI) frameworks and best practices;
• Experience with complex environments and multiple stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills;

Differentials

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-PMOCP certification;
• Knowledge in AIPMO (AI Project Management Office);
• Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework);
• Experience in digital transformation and innovation environments;
• Knowledge of software engineering and productivity metrics;
• Experience with management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.);
