Responsibilities and duties
- Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities;
- Manage client portfolio and identify loyalty opportunities;
- Provide personalized service understanding the technical regulatory needs of clients;
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations until the sale is concluded;
- Act together with technical teams to define the scope of certification and homologation (Anatel and Inmetro);
- Support clients in understanding the regulatory requirements applicable to certifications;
- Monitor commercial indicators, sales funnel, and revenue forecasts;
- Ensure traceability of commercial opportunities;
- Represent Eldorado in meetings, events, and technical visits;
- Monitor regulatory changes that may impact clients and identify new business opportunities;
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and market expansion.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in telecommunications engineering or related fields;
- Experience in sales related to compulsory certification processes;
- Knowledge of Anatel and/or Inmetro certification and homologation processes;
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems;
- Knowledge of certification bodies and conformity assessment processes;
- Knowledge of the Office package;
- Availability for travel;
- Intermediate/advanced English.
Competencies: negotiation, interpersonal communication, planning and organization, strategic vision, results orientation, customer focus, emotional intelligence, analytical capacity, proactivity, teamwork, and priority management. Experience in the commercial operations of a Designated Certification Body (OCD) and/or Product Certification Body; Knowledge of the national regulatory market, relationship with manufacturers, national applicants, and experience in technical sales of conformity assessment services.
