Responsibilities and assignments

Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior, mid-level developers, and consultants;
Lead architectural definitions and guide the proper use of AWS services according to application needs;
Review code, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices;
Organize and monitor activities within a structured Waterfall flow, ensuring alignment with schedule and scope;
Collaborate with complementary areas (DevOps, QA, UX) to ensure quality deliveries;
Participate in the analysis, estimation, architecture, and implementation of solutions;
Support the dissemination of development best practices and internal standards.

Requirements and qualifications

Completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Solid experience with AWS, including:

EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront
RDS, DynamoDB
IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, CloudWatch;

Ability to define scalable, secure, and performant architectures; Mastery of Node.js (backend); Practical experience with Angular, HTML, CSS; Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB); Experience with Waterfall methodology as a structuring delivery approach and use of Kanban for the execution of development activities; Knowledge of microservices architecture; Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability); Experience in formal delivery environments and structured documentation; Advanced English for working on global projects.
