Business Requirements Analyst - Mid-level BSA

Responsibilities and assignments

• Collect, analyze, and document the client's business requirements, ensuring that all needs are clearly understood and communicated.
• Facilitate communication between the client and the development team, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
• Work in close collaboration with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly.
• Participate in the testing phases, ensuring that all functionalities are working as expected and that business requirements are met.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Requirements Analyst and experience in agile projects.
• Experience as a functional analyst for ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with identifying and resolving problems that may arise during the implementation and customization of ERP systems.
• Understanding of business processes and operations related to financial routines (accounts payable) will be a differentiator.
• Ability to solve problems and handle conflicts effectively.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English for conversation.
