IÉSEG is recruiting for the Direction des Relations Internationales, on the Lille or Paris campus, a: Head of International Services and Exchange Programs (M/F) Manager Incoming Students and International Services
Your missions:
The Head of International Services and Exchange Programs manages the administrative activities of their scope to ensure efficient service management, guaranteeing a seamless experience for students and contributing to partner satisfaction. Finally, they manage a team and harmonize administrative procedures across the different sites.
Missions:
Manage and coordinate Incoming activity
- Manage the Incoming team on the Lille and Paris campuses,
- Act as the point of contact for other departments, partner universities, and service providers, ensuring the transmission of information and coordination of activities.
Manage the administrative and academic journey of international students
- Organize and ensure the follow-up of student registrations,
- Ensure the follow-up of course scheduling open to Incoming exchange students and coordinate their course registration with the service des Études,
- Guarantee specific follow-up for double degree students,
- Manage and facilitate access to services intended for international students (residence permits, health, housing) arriving in France.
Develop the experience and integration of Incoming students
- Lead and coordinate integration activities and events dedicated to international exchange students,
- Update communication materials and content dedicated to international students, in collaboration with the Communication department.
Develop and manage relations with partner universities
- Ensure the promotion of exchange programs to partner universities,
- Manage satisfaction questionnaires and surveys sent by partner universities.
Optimize processes and service quality
- Optimize and evolve processes to improve the student experience and activity efficiency,
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and partner universities to identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile: With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in the fields of International Relations, Management, or Business Administration. You have significant experience in an international environment, ideally acquired in the Higher Education sector, international mobility, or exchange program management. You have initial experience in team management and have demonstrated your ability to organize, coordinate, and unite a team around common objectives. You are service-oriented and particularly attentive to the student experience and support. You have a professional level of English allowing you to move easily in an international environment and develop relationships with partner universities.
