IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Introduction

We are looking for an IT System Engineer (m/f/d) to support our customers in the healthcare sector in the digital design of their document and process management with our software solution PEGASOS. We are the NEXUS / MARABU team, which helps hospitals, clinic networks, and social institutions to design their document and process management digitally and in a user-friendly manner. Our interdisciplinary project and development teams work together with our customers on the best solutions.

Activities

Support for our customers regarding our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system "PEGASOS":

+ Through installation and implementation of our software

+ System monitoring

+ Through remote maintenance via remote access in the event of system malfunctions, including problem analysis and implementation of solutions

+ Cross-departmental coordination on specific specialist topics

+ Needs-based consulting for our customers

+ Knowledge management through documentation of solutions and maintenance of technical documents

+ Support and consulting for our Consultants during the technical implementation of projects

+ Enjoyment in constantly facing new challenges

Requirements

+ Degree in the field of Computer Science, training as a Fachinformatiker, or a comparable technical qualification

+ Experience in IT support, preferably using a ticket system

+ Passion for IT topics and comprehensive know-how

+ Curiosity and motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new functions and modules

+ Knowledge in handling SQL databases (Oracle and MS SQL-Server), in the administration of MS Windows Server systems, and at least one scripting language

+ Joy in helping customers with problem-solving

+ Enjoyment in collaborating in a dynamic team + Advantageous, but not a must: Experience in a medical environment + Good English skills
