Your Tasks

Your mission with us:

Support & Troubleshooting: You are the face of our IT and support colleagues as well as customers on-site or remotely with all technical inquiries.

System Management: You take over the administration and optimization of complex IT systems and ensure their high availability.

Infrastructure Projects: From the initial idea to final implementation – you plan and lead exciting projects for the modernization of networks.

Technology Consulting: You accompany our customers during the implementation of new solutions and help them to set up their IT to be future-proof.

• Carrying out IT support in our company

• Managing and operating IT systems in-house and at the customer's site

• Planning and leading projects for the conception and expansion of networks

Requirements

Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification (career starters are very welcome!)

Good English skills

Customer- and service-oriented thinking

Independent way of working

Desirable, but not a must:

good knowledge in one or more of these areas:

VMware

Server systems

HP or EMC Storage

Dell

Backup solutions (ideally Veeam)

Cloud solutions

Microsoft environments
