About the company
Inspired Homes is a BCA-licensed builder specialising in landed residential homes in Singapore, including renovations, A&A, reconstruction and new house construction.
Your tasks
We are looking for an experienced architectural designer who can independently develop practical layouts, work directly with homeowners and take ownership of the design and coordination of assigned projects.
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Develop functional architectural layouts and design proposals for landed residential homes.
- Meet homeowners, understand their requirements and present design solutions.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, professional engineers, designers and site teams.
- Resolve design and technical issues with consideration for buildability, budget and construction requirements.
- Manage design changes, drawing progress and client decisions.
- Follow through on assigned projects from design development to construction and handover, working closely with the site team.

What we offer
Inspired Homes Pte Ltd | Singapore Salary: S$4,500–S$6,000 per month + project performance incentives
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a relevant design discipline.
- Preferably 4 or more years of architectural design experience.
- Strong space-planning and architectural drawing skills.
- Experience dealing directly with clients.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and practical design solutions.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects.
- Experience in Singapore landed residential projects is a strong advantage.
