Experienced Estimator for Tenders Department Management

The role includes managing and controlling the tenders department. Main responsibilities and tasks: operation and control over all stages of the tender lifecycle; optimization and proper conduct of the tender; planning and guidance; defining tasks; resource allocation and schedule planning; performance monitoring and decision-making; reading technical specifications; tender submission; regular updates to the CEO regarding tender status, and more. Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday. Industrial Engineering/Management Engineer/ Civil Engineer - advantage. Experience from companies in the civil engineering fields - mandatory. Experience in a similar role - significant advantage. Management experience - mandatory. Previous experience in a role such as Controller/Project Management/Procurement/Estimator etc. - mandatory! Experience in reading engineering specifications. Driver's license - mandatory. High-level Excel. High-level English.
