🚨 IMMEDIATE HIRING — IT Operations Engineer (Fresh Graduate)At Insignia, we’re looking for a fresh graduate to join our IT Operations team and keep our internal systems, tools, and workflows running reliably 24/7.This is not a traditional helpdesk role — you’ll code, automate, troubleshoot, deploy, and build internal tools that make operations more efficient.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems in a 24/7 shift rotation
• Build automation/scripts using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build lightweight internal tools & dashboards
• Integrate REST APIs and work with SQL databases
• Deploy and troubleshoot services using Git & Docker
• Handle system issues, API errors, and operational incidents
• Automate repetitive operational workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduate / 0–2 years experience
• Strong interest in coding & IT Operations
• Python proficiency; React/Node.js is a plus
• Have experience deploying an application/service
• Understand basic system administration & Linux/terminal
• Comfortable with SQL, REST API, Git, and Docker
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Willing to work 5 days on / 2 days off, rotating 24/7 shifts
• Previous application/process at PUT is a plus
