Graduate Finance Trainee

About the company

Our client, a well-established business operating in the London insurance market, is looking for a recent graduate to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has already had some exposure to insurance, whether through an internship, placement or first role, and now wants to build a long-term career in finance within the sector. You will gain broad exposure to how an insurance finance function operates, with the chance to develop your technical knowledge quickly. The ideal candidate will hold a recent degree, ideally in accounting, finance, economics or a numerate discipline. Strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential. An interest in pursuing a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA would be welcomed, and study support is available.
