About the company
Our agency Adéquat Inside Staffing is recruiting profiles for a Sales Administration Manager (M/F) position on a temporary basis.
Your tasks
Your future missions
- Enter orders, prepare shipping files, and ensure a means of control,
- Monitor the production progress of a product (SSD), organize transport if necessary until delivery, and inform the client or their freight forwarder,
- Ensure the follow-up and invoicing of files, payment calls, follow up with factories regarding delivery delays, and record litigation files (disputes, claims),
- Respect invoicing, shipping, and transport procedures and propose areas for improvement with the aim of optimizing customer satisfaction,
- Transmit the required documents to clients (AR, plans, diagrams, packing lists, certificates, ) and organize client visits.
Requirements
The Adéquat profile
- Have knowledge of the company, its clients, and its products,
- Have knowledge of ERP, order management software, and incoterms (SAP, SalesForce),
- Have knowledge of English,
- Master office tools,
- Have knowledge of contract monitoring and management tools.
