Under the authority of the Delegate, the recruited person will be responsible for building and structuring the new Engineering and Project Setup department. He or she will provide operational assistance to researchers in setting up their research funding projects with a wide spectrum of private and public operators, notably by assisting them with the administrative and budgetary setup of their requests. In this capacity, he/she will collaborate with a set of business experts identified within the various departments of the DR (finance, human resources, legal). The department is expected to evolve and be reinforced.
- Assist, support, and advise researchers when they respond to calls for projects
- Ensure the link with internal and external contacts on issues related to project setup
- Participate in assisting with the drafting of proposals on non-scientific aspects
- Validate administrative data
- Take charge of negotiating agreements in the event of a successful project
- Ensure monitoring and communicate with units regarding calls for projects and major funding campaigns to encourage project submission
- Serve as the Europe Correspondent at the regional level in interaction with headquarters and the European Union
- Participate in training and awareness actions for researchers on project setup and valorization in connection with Inserm Transfert
- Ensure the link with Inserm Transfert for the setup of large-scale collaborative projects in coordination with the European Union and industry players
- Ensure and develop the link with regional partners and stakeholders (mixed-economy partners, institutional networks, competitiveness clusters) for monitoring and organizing local events, and network development
- Participate and communicate with the existing national network (Bureau Ingénierie et d'Aide au Montage BIMP as well as the Europe pole coordinated by headquarters)
- Lead a local network and disseminate best practices and procedures
- Implement regular information actions with the units

EDUCATION
