Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.

_Experience_

• 5–6 years of HRBP experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years partnering directly with commercial / sales functions.
• Hands-on experience in performance management, talent review, IDP, engagement and employee relations.
• Experience in an MNC environment preferred.

_Skills_

• Fluent Vietnamese and English, written and spoken; able to use English in regional meetings and reporting.
