MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Your tasks

We are searching for a talented mechanical engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be required to meet engineering teams to determine the project requirements, develop, design, build, test, and inspect mechanical devices and systems. To be a successful mechanical engineer at our company, you should be proficient CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar (knowledge of ANSYS is an asset), and possess good knowledge of precision mechanics. A skilled mechanical engineer should be familiar with engineering standards such as ISO, DIN, ANSI and GOST.

• Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products
• Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
• Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
• Perform engineering calculations to support design work
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Perform detailed documentation in accordance with ISO, DIN, ANSI and GOST to track project development and design process
• Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
• 2 years of experience working in engineering. Experience in designing of precision mechanics, electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems is an asset,
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Ability to do structural, dynamic and thermal system analysis modern software means, knowledge of ANSYS is an asset,
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
