Technical Delivery Manager

Experience Requirements Total Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience. Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements. Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments.

Core Competencies (Mandatory) Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery , including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications. Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements , security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory) Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21. Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including: Multithreading and Concurrency JVM Performance Tuning Collections Framework Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Design Patterns Extensive experience with: Spring Framework Spring Boot Spring MVC Expertise in modern application architectures: Microservices Architecture RESTful API Design & Development Event-Driven Architecture Database experience with: Oracle MySQL Messaging and integration technologies: Apache Kafka RabbitMQ Strong understanding of delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologies Code Reviews Technical Leadership and Ownership Release and Deployment Governance

Secondary Skills (Preferred) Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certifications will be an added advantage. Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, Grafana, Geneos. Collaboration & ALM Tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
