L3 Specialist for Virtualized Environments

Work Location : Pasir Panjang Shift work Key Technical Requirements :

1. Azure, Ansible, and Citrix, with Azure being the highest priority. While Citrix experience is currently relevant, its usage is expected to decrease over time as the organization gradually moves away from the platform. 2. knowledge of AI, automation, and process simplification will have a strong advantage, given the increasing focus on digital transformation and operational efficiency. 3. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaS) or cloud automation tools is beneficial but not mandatory, as the team can provide upskilling and training where required. 4. 3rd level support for virtualized environments (based on Citrix On-Premises/Citrix Cloud and MS Azure)

Pre Requisites

1. Experience Level: Level 3 2. More than 6 years of Experience in IT with a minimum of 4 years in Citrix administration and 2 years in Azure administration. 3. Experience in working in a large organization with globally distributed personnel, functions, and operations. 4. Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (Server hardware, network, patching, authentication, policies, Windows operating systems) 5. Experience 3rd level support of virtual workplace environments based on Citrix and Azure products 6. Ability to think independently and find solutions to complex issues from different sources 7. Expert Knowledge in Citrix, MS Azure and Windows Operating Systems.
