Support the operationalization of ITSM to track operational efficiency & effectiveness. Support the development & revision key operational workflows Participate in stakeholder discussions to optimize key processes. Maintain & update operations handbook & documentation
- Preferred Candidate profile
Basic degree or Diploma in operations management, Information technology, marketing, business At least 5 years of work experience in operations, customer service, research, marketing, I.T Experience with JIRA or other ITSM service management tools will be a distinct advantage. Proficient in MS Office suite.
