Your tasks
Engage customers directly to represent brands, introduce products, and support sales campaigns while developing sales and interpersonal skills through training and team collaboration.
- Represent established brands by engaging customers face-to-face to promote products and services effectively
- Introduce products and services clearly and respond accurately to customer enquiries to support sales conversion
- Participate actively in events, roadshows, residential campaigns, and other marketing activities to increase brand visibility
- Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team campaign targets and objectives
- Attend training sessions and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques for improved performance
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proactive communication skills and willingness to learn in a full-time role
- Comfort and confidence in interacting with customers face-to-face and working towards sales targets
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not essential due to provided training
