Junior HR recruiter (PART-TIME/INTERNSHIP)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern / Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. You’ll work closely with the team to identify, engage and coordinate with potential candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with job postings across various recruitment platforms
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and phone calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks if needed
- Support the team with other ad hoc recruitment-related duties
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and/or in person
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- No prior recruitment experience required — training will be provided
- Students, fresh graduates and career starters are welcome
