Brand Ambassador – Entry Level | Training Provided

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team as Brand Ambassadors. This is a full-time, customer-facing position where you will represent established brands through face-to-face interactions with customers. No prior sales experience is required. Training, coaching and on-the-job guidance will be provided. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates, individuals starting their first full-time job, or anyone looking to develop their communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent assigned brands professionally
• Engage customers through face-to-face interactions
• Introduce and explain products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions
• Work towards individual and team objectives
• Participate in roadshows, events and other marketing activities
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers

Requirements

• Full-time / Part-time availability
• No prior experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and receive coaching
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable interacting with members of the public
• Able to work in a team environment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: $2,000 – $4,000+, depending on experience, performance and overall compensation structure
