Join Our Team: Field Officer (NCR) Project: Mixed-Methods Study of Care Economy in the Philippines The Field Officer is responsible for securely collecting, storing, and processing data while adhering to established protocols to minimize errors and protect respondent confidentiality. The position requires providing timely updates to Field Coordinators (FCs) to ensure smooth project execution, early issue identification, and efficient resolution of challenges. Collaboration is key, fostering quick resolution of issues, improved project coordination, and strengthened relationships across teams. The role also focuses on enhancing participation and data quality to meet project objectives and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in field work or survey data collection Experience using SurveyCTO Collect or similar CAPI tools on tablets is an advantage Strong organizational and time management skills Fluent in Tagalog and English Willing to travel within CALABARZON
