IT Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for an IT Manager, with the goal of managing the company's IT projects and ensuring the correct functioning of the IT infrastructure and corporate security.

Role Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and optimization of corporate IT systems and technological infrastructures.

Their main tasks will be to: ensure the proper functioning of IT systems, manage hardware and software resources, as well as ensure the security and scalability of the infrastructure.

Furthermore, they will be called upon to support the technological growth of the organization.

Specifically, the role involves

• management of corporate infrastructures (planning, implementing, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructures, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and backup systems);
• monitoring and optimization (ensuring system operability, keeping them high-performing, updated, and secure);

• IT security management (implementing and maintaining security policies, risk management, and ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance);
• management of relationships with suppliers and consultants, monitoring the IT infrastructure budget;

• collaboration with management to identify potential technological needs, designing scalable and efficient solutions and implementing new technologies in line with the corporate strategy;
• emergency management, intervening in case of failures or critical problems, ensuring rapid system recovery.

Requirements

• degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar;
• at least 4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management roles, preferably in complex environments;

• knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);
• experience in managing corporate networks, VPN, firewall, and network security;

• familiarity with virtualization platforms;
• knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and data backup and recovery technologies;

• experience in managing Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
• excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills;

• knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be considered a plus;
• good knowledge of the English language;

• availability to undertake occasional travel in Italy and abroad.

What we offer

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills, as well as the responsibility and scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.

As a reference, for a position of this type, we offer a gross annual salary between € 35,000 and € 43,000.
