Steering and managing livestock monitoring offers

-Steer projects for the creation or evolution of offers: definition of needs, market studies, animation of project teams, respect for deadlines and budgets

-Develop and animate strategic partnerships contributing to the growth of activities

-Coordinate the actions of different departments until the market launch of new offers

-Design the tools necessary for their commercialization: arguments, pricing, sales support tools, catalogs, quote tools, simulators, promotional campaigns, etc.

-Propose loyalty and prospecting actions aimed at members and customers

-Organize and steer marketing, event, and relational actions (trade shows, fairs, technical meetings, information meetings, INNOVAL events, etc.)

-Support teams in adopting new offers by designing or conducting the necessary training

The deployment, communication, and monitoring of offers

-Steer the launch of commercial campaigns in connection with the teams. Support commercial, operational, and technical teams in the promotion of livestock monitoring offers

-Monitor performance indicators and measure the results of the actions undertaken in order to ensure continuous improvement

-Promote the offers and services of your market in compliance with the Innoval strategy and communication processes

-Contribute to the influence of the cooperative by highlighting the innovations and expertise developed.

Continuous improvement and development of your market

-Ensure permanent monitoring of your market, its evolutions, and competitor activities

-Collect, analyze, and synthesize information reported by breeders, network teams, and technical referents

-Ensure the competitiveness of monitoring offers by analyzing the needs of members and customers and proposing adapted evolutions

-Be a source of proposals to develop new offers, services, or innovative partnerships.

Reporting to the market manager, you play a key role in the design, steering, and development of monitoring offers intended for breeders. A true conductor, you coordinate internal teams and partners to offer high-performance, innovative solutions adapted to field needs. Do you like analyzing a market and developing high value-added offers?

With higher education (Bac+5) in marketing, project management, agriculture, or agronomy, you have successful experience in product management, strategic marketing, or offer development.

Do you have a good knowledge of the agricultural sector?

Knowledge of livestock or agricultural production would be a real asset. Failing that, your curiosity and desire to evolve in this environment will make the difference.

Do you like steering cross-functional projects and working in a team?

Your ability to coordinate different stakeholders, your sense of organization, and your analytical spirit allow you to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines.

You have good interpersonal skills that allow you to mobilize teams around new projects.

Do you master marketing tools and methods?

You know the techniques of monitoring, market analysis, segmentation, SWOT, project management methods as well as the fundamentals of commercial development.

Mastery of written and spoken English is indispensable for the position!
