IT Technician - HP Printers and Laptops

SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN IN HP AND EPSON PRINTERS

Modality: in-person. Availability: immediate.

We are looking for a technician specialized in HP and Epson printers, with additional experience in the maintenance and repair of laptops of different brands. We require a responsible, organized person oriented toward providing efficient solutions and professional service.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HP and Epson printers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and laptops.
• Repair electronic boards —mainboards— through component diagnosis and soldering techniques.
• Configure printers, install drivers, and resolve connectivity issues.
• Update, recover, or reset firmware according to the diagnosis and manufacturer procedures.
• Document the work performed and verify the operation of the equipment before delivery.

Indispensable requirements

• Verifiable experience in the maintenance and repair of HP and Epson printers.
• Knowledge in the diagnosis and repair of laptops of different brands and models.
• Mastery of electronics applied to equipment repair and handling of soldering tools.
• Current technical certification from HP or Epson.
• Availability to work in person in Quito Norte Sector La Carolina.
• Immediate availability.
• Letter of recommendation from your last job.
