MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate the teaching-learning process, ensuring the achievement of student learning outcomes, in line with the Innova Schools educational proposal.
• Implement pedagogical and evaluation strategies defined by the institution, providing timely feedback and monitoring student progress.
• Design and implement improvement actions and intervention plans (academic, tutoring, and coexistence), aimed at enhancing integral learning and development.
• Develop and apply curricular adaptations and personalized educational plans for students with diverse educational needs, in accordance with institutional guidelines.
• Timely record academic information and comply with the requirements and regulations of the institution and educational authorities.
• Actively participate in training spaces, teacher updating processes, and learning communities promoted by the institution.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of the Proyecto Educativo Institucional and other pedagogical initiatives at the campus and system level.
• Promote a positive coexistence climate, managing classroom situations in accordance with the Reglamento Interno and established protocols.
• Participate in institutional activities, interaction spaces with families, and actions to disseminate the educational proposal.
• Propose and share good practices and pedagogical innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of the educational process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree, Licentiate, or Titulated in Education or in careers related to the subject to be taught.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher in educational institutions, teaching the subject of interest.
• Proficiency in Office tools and Google Workspace.
