Position Objective
We are looking for an ERP Product Owner who will be responsible for the functional and technical administration of NetSuite, as well as leading the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) as the new institutional platform.
The person will be key to ensuring the continuity of financial and administrative processes, the correct integration between systems, and the reliability of information during the transition toward Oracle Fusion.
Main Responsibilities
- Functionally and technically administer NetSuite, including configuration, parameterization, maintenance, and process optimization.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), participating in planning, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live.
- Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate the integration and consistency of information between NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, and other institutional platforms.
- Accompany and advise key users from the Finance, Accounting, and Purchasing areas.
- Participate in functional testing and UAT, as well as in updates and the release of new functionalities.
- Supervise the correct administration of access, profiles, security, and segregation of duties within the ERP systems.
- Document configurations, processes, changes, and technical decisions to guarantee traceability and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with technological providers and NetSuite and Oracle partners regarding specialized requirements.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Computing, or related fields.
Experience:
- More than 4 years of experience in positions related to the administration, implementation, or management of ERP systems.
- Verifiable experience in NetSuite as a functional and/or technical administrator.
- Experience in the implementation or administration of Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, data migration, and integrations.
Technical Knowledge
- NetSuite: SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integrations via API/middleware.
- Data migration toward Oracle Fusion: FBDI, HDL.
- Reporting and analytics: OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Configuration of financial and administrative modules.
- Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, and Procurement processes.
- Management of access, profiles, and segregation of duties.
- Data governance and quality.
- Technological project management.
- Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Automation and data analysis tools.
Language
Intermediate English, mainly for interaction with documentation, platforms, and technological providers.
