Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (M/F)

As part of its development, the INNOTHERA group is looking for a SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS OFFICER (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

A key player in commercial performance, you will conduct in-depth analysis of the commercial performance of local teams internationally, identify concrete levers for improvement, and support subsidiaries in the implementation of corrective action plans.

A true business partner for the field, you will contribute to increasing the skills of teams regarding performance analysis.

Relying on data reporting, you will interpret, challenge, and transform indicators into concrete and measurable action plans with local teams.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Analyze the commercial performance of different countries,
• Identify the root causes of underperformance based on available data,
• Build, recommend, and monitor corrective action plans in collaboration with local teams,
• Support local teams in understanding and using performance analysis tools,
• Train field teams in analytical autonomy: interpreting a KPI, making the right hypotheses, testing areas for improvement,
• Travel regularly to the field in several countries to observe, audit, train, and co-construct with local teams,
• Work in close collaboration with zone managers, marketing, HR, and training.

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering, health, or an analytical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial performance, operational consulting, or network management
• Solid mastery of action-oriented commercial analysis, ideally in an international context
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and synthesis skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, influential leadership, and field awareness
• Fluent professional English
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector
