Sales Coordinator Apprentice (M/F)

As part of its development, the INNOTHERA group is looking for a SALES COORDINATOR APPRENTICE (M/F).

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, within the Customer Service department, you will be responsible for processing export customer orders through to delivery.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Order processing through to delivery: study and adjustment with the customer, entry into SAP, ordering transport, invoicing, preparation and sending of documents to the carrier and the country
• Monitoring of customer contracts
• Monitoring of customer payments
• Management of transport invoices
• Management of sales forecasts, monitoring of local sales and customer stocks
• Management of customer complaints and disputes

Profile sought:

• You are preparing a degree at the bac+3 or bac+5 level in international commerce
• Ideally, you have a first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in the same type of position
• You have a good level of English (written and oral), a 2nd foreign language would be a plus
• You are organized, rigorous and know how to work in a team.
