As part of its development, the INNOTHERA group is looking for a CRM SOLUTION ADMINISTRATOR (M/F).

Within the IT Department and under the responsibility of the Sales & Data Domain Manager, you will be in charge of the administration, support, and evolution of the Veeva Salesforce CRM solution, used internationally by all the group's subsidiaries.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

  • Ensure user support via a ticketing tool for Group users and international subsidiaries
  • Administer the Salesforce / Veeva platform: management of users, profiles, and roles
  • Perform configurations under supervision (Process Builder, workflows, layouts, Salesforce territories, etc.)
  • Manage tool maintenance and Veeva version upgrades (testing, acceptance, deployment)
  • Perform data imports/exports (SOQL, Data Loader)
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards (Salesforce / Tableau)
  • Ensure the refreshing of test environments
  • Guarantee the consistency and proper application of the core model
  • Participate in deployment projects in subsidiaries
  • Contribute to data migration and data quality
  • Support and train users
  • Write functional documentation and user guides
  • Participate in the evolution of the solution and be proactive in proposing improvements
  • Handle new Veeva releases

Profile sought:

  • You have a degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
  • You must have significant initial experience in Salesforce administration, ideally with Veeva CRM
  • Good mastery of tools: Salesforce (configuration), Data Loader, SOQL, reporting
  • Knowledge of international environments and Sales business processes
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector is a plus
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a sense of user service
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and international topics
  • Analytical mindset and ability to propose solutions
  • Professional English is essential
