Innofreight has been successfully developing innovative wagons, containers, and unloading systems for rail freight transport for more than 20 years. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Controller:in (m/w/d) starting immediately, who will act as a competent interface to our specialist departments and help shape our financial planning with foresight. 1 Controller:in (m/w/d) Your area of responsibility

• Financial Planning & Controlling: Active participation in shaping the entire budgeting process to ensure transparency and quality in financial planning

• Reporting & Analysis: Creation and further development of meaningful reports as well as sound analysis of target/actual variances

• Project Controlling: Taking on responsibility in project controlling as well as active participation in the further development of controlling instruments and systems (including Excel, BMD, Lucanet, Power BI)

• Interface Function: Supporting specialist departments with financial questions, proactive identification of optimization potential, as well as derivation and recommendation of concrete measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in controlling

• Very good MS-Excel skills (such as complex formulas, data modeling, or Pivot tables)

• Good written and spoken English skills for an international or modern working environment

• High affinity for AI-supported solutions and modern tools for the efficient automation of controlling processes

• Practical experience with systems such as Lucanet or Power BI; BMD experience is a great advantage

• Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working

We offer an annual gross salary on a full-time basis starting from € 42,000.00 (KV Logistik und Spedition) with the readiness to overpay based on corresponding experience and qualification.
