ASSIST PROJECT DIRECTOR

Orchestrate project lifecycle strategies, Master Construction Programmes (using CPM, Primavera P6, or MS Project), and critical path milestones across multiple project phases. Manage multi-million dollar project budgets, cash flow forecasting, variation orders (VOs), and contract negotiations alongside Quantity Surveying (QS) teams. Supervise Main Contractors, MEP teams, and specialized consultants to ensure structural work matches blueprints, approved shop drawings, and strict quality specifications. Act as a senior liaison between government authorities, clients, architects, and joint-venture partners to resolve critical logjams and design discrepancies. Champion zero-harm safety cultures, ensuring all operations strictly adhere to local statutory codes, environmental regulations, and building authority permits. Proactively identify engineering constraints or supply chain risks, implementing aggressive mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
