Your tasks:

• Global processing and analysis of warranty cases for INNIO Jenbacher products
• Selection and approval of the required spare parts for an efficient and sustainable solution
• Technical and commercial verification of our customers' warranty claims
• Coordination of service assignments by our suppliers within the scope of the INNIO guarantee
• Independent and early identification of potential product improvements for our installed gas engines (= fleet) and presentation of the technical problem in the quality meeting
• Documentation and updating of warranty cases to ensure traceability and transparency
• Registration of warranty claims to our suppliers and support of purchasing in cost reimbursement
• Coordination of cross-functional alignments and initiatives between internal departments
• Support in root cause analyses

Your profile:

• Completed HTL or Master title or apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics with professional experience
• Experience with the Jenbacher product range (service experience) is an advantage
• Independent working style, initiative, teamwork, and a high level of communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and an open mindset
• Awareness of the urgency of customer problems and inquiries with appropriate prioritization
• Good MS-Office skills
• Good English skills
