You are part of the Customer Engineering team, in which the customer-specific part of the electrical engineering for our systems is designed. Efficient processes and workflows and the continuous improvement of quality are very important to our success. You will work together with our customers, project management, assembly, development, IT, and our service department. Flexibility, customer orientation, and broad technical interest are essential.

Your responsibilities:
- Independent further development and optimization of processes within the company
- Analysis of failure modes in circuit diagram and software creation. Formation of fault tree assignments
- Developing, defining, and implementing improvement measures together with Operations (electrical assembly and test bench), Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics
- Independent initiation and implementation of improvement projects in the ERP (Oracle) and E-Plan environment
- Updating and improving process descriptions in our ISO process map
- Updating and improving internal training documents
- Accompanying internal and external audits
- Supporting the updating and further development of circuit diagram design templates. Close cooperation with the Design & Tooling team
- Supporting the introduction of new components in Electrical Customer Engineering and in Operations (assembly)
Your profile:
- Completed HTL or FH Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Engineering/ Master Craftsman training in the field of Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
- Experience in the planning of electrical systems
- Experience in creating circuit diagrams on Eplan P8
- Good analytical skills and interest in project management
- Good MS-Office skills
- Conversational English
- Independent working style, initiative, teamwork, and a high degree of communication skills
- Willingness to develop in a dynamic environment
