The role is also responsible for assisting the Transformation Head and Product Lead with overall programme management, execution of critical paths across multiple project streams and transforming business processes. The ideal person should be self-motivated; able to work well individually and in a highly collaborative team.

- Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritising, refining and documenting requirements. Make informed decisions on which items should be prioritised, deferred or declined.
- Lead business change initiatives, including process re-engineering and organisational change where required.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance, delivery standards and project management requirements.
- Act as the key gatekeeper for product scope, working closely with the Engineering team to protect agreed deliverables and assess proposed changes against business priorities, timelines and resource constraints.
- Ensure approved scope changes are properly assessed, documented and managed through the appropriate change control process.
- Identify anddrive the resolution of delivery roadblocks, risks and stakeholder dependencies.
- Review and accept completed work against agreed requirements, testing scenarios and the definition of done, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to ensure a shared understanding of business objectives and requirements. The Product Owner is responsible for defining what needs to be delivered and why, while the Engineering team determines how it will be delivered.

- Drive product adoption and change management, while keeping stakeholders informed of product progress, priorities, upcoming releases and key developments.
