*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, emphasizing cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Prior experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
*Duties*
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hotel standards for hygiene and presentation
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during cleaning activities
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
*Experience*
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is advantageous
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $17.00 per hour
