INK is looking for a Tagalog-speaking Media Sales Executive to join ourSingapore office and sell advertising opportunities across Smile magazine and ourdigital media portfolio. You will work with brands and advertising agencies, primarily across thePhilippines market, helping them connect with a highly engaged travel audiencethrough creative print and digital campaigns. We are looking for someone ambitious, outgoing and commercially hungry.Media experience is welcome, but attitude and potential matter more to us, wewill teach you the rest. The Role You will own the sales journey from prospecting through to closing andgrowing the account. You will:

• Build your own pipeline – proactively identifyand approach new brands and

agencies.

• Create relationships – develop strongconnections with both new and existing

clients.

• Pitch ideas, not just advertising space –understand what a client wants to

achieve and create compelling media solutions.

• Sell across our portfolio – identifyopportunities across Smile magazine and our

digital products.

• Own the sales process – from the firstconversation and pitch through proposal,

negotiation and close.

• Grow revenue – consistently work towards andexceed your sales targets.
• Develop accounts – turn first-time advertisersinto long-term partners.

Who We Are Looking For You are naturally curious, confident speaking with people andcomfortable picking up the phone, approaching new prospects and creating opportunities. You will ideally bring:

• Fluent Tagalog – essential for developingrelationships within the Philippines market.
• Strong professional English – our Singaporeoffice operates in English.
• Sales experience, ideally within media,advertising, hospitality, travel or another B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-buildingskills.
• Ambition, resilience and the motivation tosucceed in a target-driven environment.
• The confidence to ask questions, receivefeedback and continuously improve.
• Curiosity and the ability to tell a compellingstory.
• A genuine interest in travel, brands and media.
• A positive, energetic attitude.
