Trade Support Coordinator | Important Multinational Commodities Company
At INHAUS, we are accompanying an important Multinational Commodities Company in the search for an Assistant Trade Support Coordinator, a key role supporting the trader, with a strong operational, administrative, and international coordination focus. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person with good commercial orientation and a desire to grow within the trading business — we are interested in meeting profiles with potential, attitude, and solid values. What will be your purpose in the role? To provide integral support to the trader, ensuring complete and orderly administrative and operational follow-up of purchase and sale operations — from the creation and monitoring of orders and contracts to shipment, documentation, logistical closing, and payment — acting as the operational point of contact with clients, suppliers, banks, international agents, and internal areas. Main responsibilities Direct commercial support to the trader in purchase and sale operations
Review and follow-up of contracts, offers, and quotations
Management of letters of credit and banking documentation
Coordination with international suppliers
Review and control of payments, billing, and invoices
Follow-up of shipment logistics and associated documentation (BLs, packing lists, certificates of origin, among others)
Constant interaction with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal areas
What are we looking for? Organization and attention to detail: ability to handle several files simultaneously, with precision and information always up to date
Follow-up and sense of responsibility: ensuring that orders, contracts, documents, shipments, and payments advance correctly and on time
Commercial orientation: understanding the business dynamics and having a genuine interest in learning and growing within the area
Clear communication and customer orientation, with ease in relating to multiple interlocutors
Initiative and problem-solving capacity: someone who follows up, asks questions, identifies inconsistencies, and helps find solutions
Agility and desire to learn: adaptation to changing priorities and openness to feedback
Good values and teamwork: integrity, commitment, reliability, and a collaborative attitude
Highly valued to have experience in international trade, logistics, documentation, import/export or commercial support, and Incoterms
Advanced English, written and spoken ( mandatory )
University degree in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields
