We are looking for a professional with experience in recruiting and their own perspective.

Someone who can lead processes with judgment, understand the background of each search, and work in a team without losing autonomy. At INHAUS, we support local and international searches for growing companies. We are interested in both the result and the process. We start with a good conversation and build every step: understanding, strategy, validation, and closing. Ready for the challenge?

Some of the main tasks:

Perform strategic sourcing and build relevant pipelines for each search.

Lead interviews, generating conversations that add information and trust.

Maintain clear and fluid communication with the internal team and with clients.

Report progress and KPIs in an orderly manner, providing real visibility of the process.

Accompany each search from beginning to end, taking care of timing, quality, and experience.

What do we value?

3 years or more of experience in Recruiting (Consultancies, RPO, or in-house).

Autonomy, clarity in communication, and results orientation.

Commitment to the quality of work and timing.

Intermediate or advanced English.

Management of recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets).

Experience in analysis and reporting of metrics and key indicators.
