What will you do in this position? You will join the Madrid team to lead end-to-end selection processes, in coordination with our clients and regional teams.

The position involves managing several searches simultaneously, from the initial requirement briefing to the final presentation of candidates, across diverse industries and cultures.

We would love it if you have:

Previous experience in end-to-end selection processes, ideally in consulting environments or companies with an agile pace.

Knowledge and management of recruitment tools such as ATS, portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

Ability to understand the business and advise hiring managers on profiles, market, and estimated timelines.

Experience in searching for professional profiles in areas such as technology, product, marketing, and/or sales.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and meet recruitment KPIs.

Excellent interpersonal communication, both with clients and candidates, and a collaborative attitude.

Intermediate or advanced English level.

📍 Location: Madrid. Contract type: Direct employment contract for six (6) months. Work modality: Hybrid (on-site and remote).
