From its plant in Rubí (Barcelona), Miga Foods accompanies the brand's growth, ensuring efficient production processes consistent with the standards that characterize it. Currently, we are looking to hire a Production and Maintenance Manager, a strategic position with a direct impact on industrial operation and its evolution. Purpose of the role To comprehensively lead the plant operation, ensuring compliance with the production plan and operational continuity, under quality and food safety standards, with a focus on efficiency, order, and execution. Main responsibilities Operation & Production Execute the production program in coordination with Quality

Guarantee compliance with SGSA standards

Maintenance Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance

Manage spare parts and technical supplies

Team Management Supervise shifts, attendance, and compliance with regulations

Train in processes and good practices

Management & Reporting Record KPIs, consumption, and updates in ERP

Ensure traceability and operational order
