As an engineering service provider, INGSERV GmbH supports industrial companies in the development, manufacturing, and quality assurance of complex technical systems. For one of our customers, a leading system provider in the field of military vehicles and artillery systems, we are looking for an experienced Specialist Supplier Quality (m/f/d).
For quality managers or engineers, technicians, or masters interested in quality assurance, this position offers an interesting and challenging professional task with significant development potential. Employment at INGSERV and the associated project-related activity within the framework of temporary employment offers good options for a qualified entry into a leading company in the defense technology industry in Kassel.
These are the challenges you will undertake:
- Independent technical processing of complaints along the entire supply chain (customer, warranty, supplier, internal departments)
- Recording and documentation of all deviations and errors in the CAQ system
- Creation and maintenance of QSB codes
- Implementation and moderation of QVP processes (Quality Pre-planning) with strategic suppliers
- Analysis and evaluation of construction deviations as well as derivation of suitable quality assurance measures
- Close cooperation with development, purchasing, and production for sustainable supplier development
Our expectations of you:
- Successfully completed technical studies, further training as a technician, or many years of professional experience as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, mechatronics engineer, or precision engineering engineer
- Sound knowledge in quality management, ideally as a quality manager or auditor
- Confident handling of QM methods such as 8D-Report, 5Why, and Ishikawa
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9100, AQAP)
- Strong technical understanding, structured way of working, and strong communication skills in the supplier environment
