Doctor expert

INGO is looking for a doctor expert who is responsible for monitoring the health status of their assigned insured persons, organizing their inpatient and outpatient treatment, and for the financial and qualitative control of these processes.

Medical and insurance expertise of applications and medical documents submitted by insured persons.

Quantitative and qualitative analysis of applications from insured persons.

Initiating and implementing regularly organized meetings with insured persons on medical and insurance topics.

Checking the accuracy of medical prescriptions and their compliance with current protocols.

Cooperation with medical institutions.

Handling telephone calls received from insured persons.

Excellent knowledge of insurance contracts and providing accessible explanations of their content to customers.

Providing certificates to medical institutions for the treatment of insured persons.

Organizing preventive medical examinations, analyzing their results, and providing appropriate advice to insured persons.

Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Higher medical education.

Relevant experience in the insurance sector.

Medical work experience will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge of Russian and English languages.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a team.

High sense of responsibility.

Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
