Sales and Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to work remotely.

Your main role will be to manage and optimize telephone sales, developing effective techniques to acquire and retain customers. We need someone with a proactive attitude and an innate ability to solve problems. You must be able to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will be key to success in this role.

Requirements:

• INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (speaking, writing, and reading). IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ENGLISH, DO NOT APPLY
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience working with CRMs, Office 365, VENTAS, Asesoria comercial, telefonia IP.
• With previous experience in sales and customer service.
• With own equipment: PC/laptop, headphones with microphone, and a stable internet connection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm America/Central Time.
• Base salary during probation period $320 + commissions for completed sales.
