FI-CO SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking for an FI-CO Solutions Manager specialized in the SAP environment to join the Digitalization area.

Mission To be the reference person for business solutions in the financial and management control field, ensuring that corporate applications respond to the needs of functional areas and leading their evolution and continuous improvement.

Functions

• Collaborate in the definition and development of the group's financial and controlling applications strategy.
• Coordinate with the rest of the areas of the Digitalization department to guarantee the correct integration and impact of the implemented solutions.
• Guarantee the stability, scalability, and evolution of the applications.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote optimization.
• Maintain a close relationship with business areas, understanding their needs and adapting the functionalities of corporate tools to their specific processes and use cases.
• Manage end-to-end projects: planning, costs, risks, and execution.
• Coordinate and supervise evolutionary projects developed by external providers.
• Lead the internal team of consultants specialized in the financial and controlling field.
• Prepare functional and technical reports and documentation.
• Efficiently manage and maintain business applications related to Finance and Management Control, mainly in the SAP environment.

Requirements

• University degree in technical engineering and/or computer science, or administration, Finance, or related degrees.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing implementation, evolution, and maintenance projects for financial and operational reporting, planning, and consolidation applications, mainly in SAP environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP TR, SAP PS, etc.
• Experience with consolidation tools (OneStream, SAP BPC, or similar).
• Experience in the design, optimization, and automation of business processes.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
• Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
• Availability for occasional travel.

• Experience as a financial consultant (FI) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects.

• Knowledge in data analytics.
