Management Systems Manager

We are looking to hire a person to lead the development, maintenance, continuous improvement, and certification of the management systems of Ingeteam Indar Machines. The selected person will also lead the Management Systems team, driving their professional development and continuous training.

Main functions Lead the identification, definition, documentation, and integration of the organization's processes.

Deploy the process management approach and promote continuous improvement methodologies.

Ensure that the management systems comply with the requirements of the certified standards and corporate policies and specifications.

Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the management systems, as well as the update and distribution of their official documentation.

Ensure that the management systems adequately reflect the scopes, working methodologies, and interactions between the different areas of the organization.

Define and follow up on the annual management plan, monitor established indicators, and propose actions in the event of possible deviations.

Lead the preparation and coordination of external certification audits, as well as the follow-up of findings and corrective actions.

Define and monitor the annual internal audit plan and lead the follow-up and closure of derived actions, including the verification of their effectiveness.

Collaborate in customer audits related to management systems and in the development of corporate procedures.

Lead the professional development of the team under their charge and foster teamwork, knowledge management, and the exchange of best practices.

Essential requirements Degree in Industrial Technical or Higher Engineering, or a related higher degree in management and/or the environment.

Accredited training in management system standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001, or in integrated management systems.

Between three and five years of experience in similar roles.

High level of English.

It will be valued Accredited training as an internal auditor in ISO 9001 and/or ISO/TS 22163.

Knowledge of process management.

Training in APQP4Wind, ISO/TS 22163 or other ISO standards.
