About the company

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Project Engineer to join the BESS business unit of Solar PV&BESS in Zamudio (Bizkaia).

Your tasks

Mission: Participate in the development of a technical solution in a specific phase of the project or throughout all its phases (including after-sales) under the supervision of the engineering department management.

Among its main challenges, the following work-related tasks stand out:

  • Develop and implement technical automation and communications solutions (PLC programming).
  • Analyze requirements, design the solution, and plan project timelines.
  • Perform testing, commissioning, and final validation.
  • Define procurement needs for equipment and systems.
  • Handle incidents and provide technical support to customers.
  • Propose improvements and guarantee service quality.
  • Comply with prevention, quality, environment, and safety regulations.
  • Adapt to flexible schedules according to project needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • English B2
  • Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical design
  • Knowledge of management systems (Quality, Environment, Prevention, and EFR) is highly valued
  • Availability to travel
